At Morphe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in new or gently used condition and accompanied by original proof of purchase to qualify for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately upon completion of the request.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack your items in the original Morphe packaging if possible, include the return slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
